Capital. He is a seasoned executive with over 16 years of entrepreneurial and
management experience gained within multi-national corporations as well as
start-up businesses focussing on areas of Investments, Organic & Inorganic Business Growth, Organisational & Strategy Development, Business & Market Development, Profitability & Risk Management and Trading Business & Platform Management across various Consumer, Commodities and Manufacturing
industries.
In the past as Vice President, General Manager, Business Head and Director of
various large corporate ventures of GE, Olam, MTS and SRF, he has started and
scaled-up numerous successful businesses, turned-around failing businesses and
run established businesses and teams across multiple geographies in Asia,
Africa, Europe and Americas. Abhilash is passionate about making all start-ups
successful and loves to support and advice technopreneurs and new technology
businesses in Strategy formulation, Sales & Marketing planning and financial management. He is an MBA in Marketing and
Finance.

Chou Fang Soong is the GM, Strategic Investments under Rutledge Vine Capital. He
has over 30 years of Technology, Management and Start-up experience. He is best
known for his pioneering work with Gemplus (now known as Gemalto), a world
leader in smart card & secured transactions. He started their Asia operation in Singapore in 1989 and
was instrumental in Gemplus’ phenomenal growth in Asia and grew the business from a start-up to an
established Multi-National operation with major sales, R&D and manufacturing facilities throughout the region. He was presented with the
medal for “Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Merite’’ from the French Government on 27 July 2005 for his contribution to and
promotion of Smart Card Technologies in Singapore and the Asian Region. He was
also recognised by the industry with the D'ucoty Business Leader of the Year
2005 award by Frost & Sullivan.
During this time, he led the creation of a start-up company in Smart Card
Loyalty Solution in 1997 funded jointly by Gemplus and a major regional Bank.
The company became a major solution provider in Asia, and was subsequently
merged with Welcome Realtime of France in 2001. He participated in the set up
and management of a US$6M Smart Lab Fund jointly held by Gemplus & EDB Investment in 1999 that funded many local technology start-up companies.
His unique experiences in pioneering smart card technologies, starting up
software solution companies and nurturing local start-ups has honed his passion
in funding and mentoring start-up companies with innovative solutions.
Gm, Strategic Investments
Yair under Sledgehammer Management Ltd, is an external Advisor to Rutledge Vine
Capital in Israel and Europe. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of High-Check
Control Ltd, a start-up specializing in dynamic monitoring systems for water
and waste water. Prior to his involvement with High-Check Control Ltd., he has
had many years of senior business management experience at Etz-Lavud Group, an
industrial group of companies with an investment arm.
As an entrepreneur himself, Yair understands the start-up scene in Israel and
appreciates the challenges of start-up founders and entrepreneurs seeking funds
and building their companies. In his free time, he enjoys advising startups and
first-time entrepreneurs and mentoring students. Yair holds a BA in Economics
and an MBA (cum laude) from the Bar-ILan University, Israel.
Israel and Europe Investment Advisor
Khine Zaw Win Myint a.k.a. KZ is the IT Analyst for RUTLEDGE VINE CAPITAL. He
has over 9 years of experience in the Information and Communications (ICT)
industry including traditional Client/Server Applications to Mobile Apps,
Virtualization and Cloud Computing. In the past, He has worked as Senior Web
Application Specialist at MediaCorp Technologies and as Research Associate at
Thailand Accident Research Center where his research area covered accident data
modelling, smart CMS, ontology and semantic web. Currently he looks after
Corporate infrastructure in a fully virtualized Cloud-based environment, ERP
system integration and process automation. He holds a Master degree in
Information Management and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology.




Patrick De Silva is the Chief Investment Officer for Rutledge Vine Capital, the
investment division of Rutledge Global Group. He has over 25 years of
Leadership, Management and Investment experience, having been at the helm of
multiple Organisations and providing the necessary vision and strategy for
growth & expansion.
In the past as CEO of Rutledge Oilfield Group, he was instrumental in creating
highly successful joint ventures and expanded the Company’s services footprint from being a South East Asia company to a global company
operating on multiple continents. He was also able to significantly expand the
client base to include large corporations like Exxon-Mobil, Chevron, BP, Shell,
Total, Petronas and many more.
As General Manager of the Harilela Group Patrick made significant contributions
in property development and acquisitions. His vast experience and background as
a Chartered Accountant helps him appreciate the investment process and being a
valuable help to start-ups.
